3 stars aaaaah, the controversial 90125 alum...

this album is kind of yes, and kind of not. for many people who are oriented with yes, the issue lies within trevor rabin: not only did he give a completely different guitar style to the sound of the band, he also had a terrible pop influence on the actual yes members.

the tracks do have some progressive elements in it, like the odd timings of alan, prominent bass by chris, and evident keyboards from tony (now actually using synthesizers than just organ and piano!!)

this is good music, but not EXCELLENT music. recommended for parties and car rides with friends and for background music, not for the pure joy of listening to music. you would most likely get bored after a while haha.
