CLOSE TO THE EDGE

I am a hard core Yes fan, and I am the first to admit that although Yes has produced some of the greatest music I have ever heard, they also produced a lot of complete CRAP. You all know exactly what I'm talking about. But this album, thankfully, is absolutely not one of those albums. In fact I go so far even as to say that it is my #1 all time favorite over-all album,, and the title track is my #1 all time favorite song.Words don't begin to describe the magnificence of this album. Not a single moment that I am even slightly bored. Yes was truly at their peak of musicianship. When I looked at the top album list on this amazing site (I really do love Prog Archives) I was not surprised, if not a little disappointed to see it as number two. In my opinion, this album deserves to be #1 album EVER!
