4 stars Difficult to tell why this album isn't as good as it's predesessor- it just isn't. The band continued to pile on the sales, radios America wide never seemed to be more than ten minutes away from playing Dust In The Wind, and they were smashing attendance records everywhere (well. everywhere in the US. But cack handed attempts at Queen-like bombast (Lightning's Hand) just weren't what was required, and whilst there are some undeniably great moments on this record, it marks the beginning of a descent that was to rip the band apart. Well, that and Christian fundamentalism, anyway.
