5 stars This is the first time I feel the need to assign 5 stars to a record since Wobbler's excellent "From Silence to Somewhere". "Eupnea" is not necessarily an innovative work, for sure it will not attain a landmark status in Progressive Rock. But it is just so well crafted. A roller coaster of emotions, ups and downs from introspection to the exuberant without ever falling into kitch. There are not weak moments, the time length of each track and the record as whole are spot on, it grips the listener and does not let go. The interplay between heavy guitar riffs and smooth piano melodies creates a particular atmosphere that is made all the more unique by the unison of two voices, one female, another male.

There is something unique to this record that makes it indispensable to any appreciator of Progressive Rock.
