Absolutely indispensable!!

There are not too many live albums that I consider real masterpieces but "USA" is definitely one of them; some of the most insane performances of the Bruford, Cross, Wetton, Fripp line-up were compiled in this double record. Three songs from "Larks' tongues in aspic" ("Larks' tongues in aspic, part two", "Exiles" and "Easy money"), one from "Starless and bible black" ("Lament"), one from "In the court of the Crimson King" ("21st century schizoid man") and an instrumental improvisation ("Asbury Park") are the songs that build this album.

In previous reviews, I already expressed that "In the court" and "Larks' tongues" are absolutely masterpieces, the songs performed in this album were exquisite so it'd be illogical not to consider this album a masterpiece. About the songs from previous albums, I had not too much to say that I hadn't said yet, and "Asbury Park" is amazing too.

SONG RATING: Larks' tongues in aspic II, 5 Lament, 4 Exiles, 5 Asbury Park, 4 Easy money, 5 21st century schizoid man, 5

AVERAGE: 5

PERCENTAGE: 93.33

ALBUM RATING: 5 stars

I ranked this album #91 on my TOP 100 favorite Progressive Rock albums of all time.
