3 stars Yet another offering from the prolific year of 1978 for Larry. The results are vary wildly. Overall, this is a non-essential release even though it marks first of Coryell's Indian inspired journeys, unfortunately, on one track only (listeners get some more in the 2000's).

What we get is Coryell's not particularly inspired acoustic guitar playing, played professionally but missing more acrobatics ("Ravel" is the possible exception). Piano-driven compositions sound half-professional and pale next to the guitar work. "Spiritual dance" is a slow atmospheric piece with violin and tambura with Coryell more in the backseat. A simple motive but a good instrument variety and improvisation.
