4 stars Not so prog but one of my favorites bands all time. Crime of the century, with Even in the quietest moments, were their main approximation to the progressive rock, during the Davies - Hodgson era. Then they were approached even more with Brother were you bound and Slowmotion. Crime of the century is a great recording, mixing some complex and instrumental works with some more pop stuff. School is the highlight. Sung by Hodgson and Davies, alternating the role, the track has a superb piano instrumental interlude. Rudy is another proggy one, a song which I like more and more with the time. The title song is another good one, a dramatic piece with a powerful voice by Rick Davies and a great and long piano instrumental till the end. Bloody well right has another good piano intro and an aggressive development. The Hodgson tracks are good but more tending to the pop song. One of the bests of Supertramp, and an excellent addition to any progressive rock collection. Four stars.
