10/10 The best Yes album in my opinion, only 4 songs, each about 20 minutes, it's a double album. For me, there is no strongest track, and if I had to pick, it might be 'The Remembering' One of the things that makes this album so special is the album art, my favorite color, Navy Blue, so maybe that's why I like it so much. It's a long dwelling on spirituality, with some of the most beautiful passages of music you'll ever hear. Highly recommend for any person who likes deep and beautiful music. Prog Archives told me to use 5 Star Ratings sparingly, but this one deserves it, so does Close to the Edge. 'The Revealing Science of God' is probably the most structured song on the album as a whole, so many think it's the best. I disagree, as I stated earlier, 'The Remembering' is my personal favorite, I just love the part as he sings 'and I do think very well.... that the son might take you silently' It's pure perfection. 'The Ancient' is the most underrated track on the album. Every part is amazing, especially the ending with Howe's heavenly classical guitar. the final song, 'Ritual' might be the most sing-alongable Yes song on the album, (if a Yes song could be sing-alongable) again, every second is amazing, and Alan White's drumming is perfection. I can't explain why I love this album so much, maybe it's the cover, maybe it's the music. All I know is that I do, and it's my favorite Yes album.
