5 stars I don't care what the warning signs are for giving a five but this album does not have a weak spot. This is the best Soft Machine period I know haven't got to the one and two volumes yet but I'll listen to them sometime. This album really does show the evelotion of Soft Machine best songs would be Welcome to Frisville Down the Road The Man who Waved at Trains and The two Hazard Profiles, but all the tracks are finly produced and standouts. A triumpth recording.
