PORTRAIT OF THE ABYSS WITHIN

Great new album by the best Italian prog-metal band. This work combines the aggressiveness of the previous album, "Reverse", with the more melodic sound of their first albums. The style is not the classic prog-metal, is more like a mixture of thrash and power metal with a bit of progressive, but there are excellent and catchy tunes like "The world apart", "This everlasting mind disease", "Dice rolling" or "Blindfolded walkthrough". I recommend to buy the limited edition with two bonus tracks, one of them is "Quiet hope", a song from Eldritch's first demo.
