They`re repeating themselves. Same riffs, same use of vocals, same attitude. When "Critical Mass" was the strong, this represents the weaker side of Threshold. There are some marks that band isn`t completely dead - track called "Pressure" has at least some energy, although it isn`t...this Threshold. These musicians have the potential to make a lot more interesting music. "Subsurface" is more like heavy, came from factory conveyer of stuffy, dull music, backing away from innovative hard - rock prog.
