Slightly better than either "Reality Fills Fantasy" or "Andromeda Girl", "In A State Of Flux" is a fairly competent pop/rock album. That said, this is a progressive rock website and there is nothing progressive about this record. Moreover, there are thousands of pop/rock albums out there that are a great deal better than "fairly competent".
