LA MARCHE DES HOMMES

First of all this is a masterpiece of prog Québécois.You can forget the 2 first ones (morse code transmission 1 and 2 and in english not bad but not essential).I had the chance to see them when I was a teenager and it was impressive to see Christian Simard the keyboardist in the middle of the stage surround by a wall of keyboards just like Rick Wakeman.You cannot go wrong with this LP (not in cd yet,but it will be soon).La marche des hommes a 11 min beauty-le pays d'or a nice ballad-la cérémonie de minuit(sound like Get"em out by Friday of GENESIS).Cocktail was a hit at the radio and one of a tv program took it for their theme song (it's an instrumental).Une goutte dans la pluie-another good balad.Qu'est-ce que t'as compris -rock and the last one Problème is a good song mix with a lot of mellotron.I give 4.9 stars for this album not 5 because the next album that they did is a 5 stars and I will review it later.So it's a must for your prog collection.(you can buy the greatist hits from them on CD les plus grands succès de Morse Code=it's not the best but it will do fine) POTS
