This record is vastly underrated !! This is the best Hostsonaten album. I detect immense depth here .... highly original. It has been disparaged for it's "weak" english vocals - as if they would not fit perfectly to create this "seventies underground" feeling. Highly inspired. Very, very cool. Much better than the polished, sweet pseudo-irish sounding "Springsong" themes of their followup ( Which I am disappointed with ). This one has lyrical weirdness and hermetic density.

This is true Progressive Rock of the nineties. Backwards-looking Retro-Prog with a strong Underground touch. Makes even a pretentious mind dream away ;)
