Stunning album!!! Melodic content--sensational. Harmonies sometimes are....unearthly. The rest--musicmanship, studio work--too. A masterpiece!!! It is difficult to compare this album to anything in Steve's rich discography. Although the suggestion of sinking Cassandra in techno-inhumane phraseology of Omega Metallicus speaks about the mood of the album from the get go. And yet--starting from Man Overboard--and incredible melodic tenderness and sorrow. Astonishing. Another world by Steve Hackett--an incredible world.
