CLOSER THAN SKIN

Excellent alnum. After having read very comprehensive review of it by Dick Heath, I cannot do much else but to agree with almost everything he is saying, except one small thing - I do not think this is the best work of David Cross. IMO "Exiles" and "Testing to destruction" are slightly better, but again they all are different, and this one is seemingly more easy accessible and more straight forward prog-rock. Fusion has gone away from it, but what remains is great progressive rock with amazing violin. Recommended!
