Queensryche-Empire. An essential prog album. One of the reasons Queensryche doesn't get so highly rated in the Prog rock scene is because they really weren't prog rock until about Empire or promised Land. they were an 80's metal band with a taste of prog. This album shows a little more prog though. Every song on this album except maybe the first two is amazing. I listen to this album everyday. It's not their best, but it's damn near close.
