2 stars well, I won't make a long speech on this one. Schnitzler's music failed to explore the territories of mainstream synth chords. The music in itself is not very bad, it reminds me sometimes "horror" soundtrack with gloomy, bizarre soundscapes. In a certain way it defines surnatural landscapes, weird sci-fi words with a kind of ethereal, "tense" atmosphere appearing under dissonances and consonances provided by the synth strings. It is more accessible but also less inspired that Schnitzler's debute in avant prog electronic music. For the most interesting part of Schnitzler's work during the last decade I advise you to go on his "Acon" project with Moebius: eternal, "primitive" abstract music in the genre of Kluster, "Shwarz" & "rot". 00/44 is a regrettable effort with no real dimension.
