HAVE A CIGAR

Another pretty much pointless single release from Pink Floyd, this from the WISH YOU WERE HERE time period. Great album, wasted single. "Have a Cigar" is here matched with a mediocre edit of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond". Ugh...why edit a masterpiece of progressive rock like this track. Even Syd Barret would cringe, I think. This is for collectors only and cannot rate more than a single star. "Have a Cigar" is also my least favorite track on the album as it is missing the voice of either Roger Waters or Dave Gilmour. Skip it and stick with the original masterpiece album it comes from.
