4 stars "Dedicato A Frazz" is one of the better album of the flourishing pop motion- progressive Italian of the first seventies. A splendid concept album, simply with some inevitable ingenuousness, that deserve to be listened again with the greatest caution and appreciated for its real (enormous) value. It is also mattering to underline that the work was realized from five very young boys to the period, but already in a position to give life to complex compositions suspended between the openings hard of the Gibson of Michele Zarrillo (its the music), the classic intuitions of Paolo Faenza and Mauritius Zarrillo and finally the wide tight melodic one of Giampiero Artegiani and Marcello Reddavide, author of the texts from the visionary touch. "The Shop Of The Rigattiere" is a powerful overture that introduces to the better one the sound of the SEMIRAMIS. Quiet and raging moments, electric crescendi do from interval to the disquieting nonsense rhyme, with a lot of crazy laugh: "Four threads from a support that you palaces hardly, the sinful odyssey of a fantastic buffoon. From the story of the actors they details remember themselves, the dolls in a coma to gain in a shop. The window with two faces buys and sells the town, the town. ..". An effective piece characterized from an infinite series of sudden scenographic changes. Enormous the work of base carried out from Mauritius Zarrillo to the taken with one thousand keyboards and in a position of to realize the right melody for them "crazy" lyric arriving even to recreate the sound of the cello with the synthesizer. The successive one "Moon Park" part like a powerful one ridden in you are-octaves offering then elegant guitar-phrasings. "A Zoo Of Glass" at first seems a folk-song but changes shape swiftly with a dark organ to that it is added the celestial sound of the vibrate capably maneuvered from Paolo Faenza. In the appassionante "For A Road Crowded", that it opens the second facade, after an introduction of clavicembalo, climbs to the proscenium Giampiero Artegiani and its classic guitar protagonists of a short and intense solo. Still a time the piece puts in alive light the numerous changes in race carried out from capable musicians in the alternate phases calmed to moments more closed rock. Best the dedicated support from the rhythmic section Paolo Faenza - Marcello Reddavide, above all the bassist deserves a praise for the impeccable use of its Rickembacker that does not blunder ever a blow. "Behind A Door Of Card" it offers a moment of reflection (" and in the silence around me meeting place the simplicity, the personality, my aggressiveness") thanks to the resonance coiling some eminent. Considerable articulated the conclusive score that includes a series of gaps and instrumental plots of large effect. In "Frazz" it is outlined much more the figure of the clown and its vain rebellion that flows in the dream of an unreal world: "Time does I thought about a winged horse that carried you on the moon, around the sky in a sun frozen between the clouds gilded". The dramatic conclusion arrives in "Clown" where it is announced in melancholy manner "my comedy dies with the head folded sweet on the shoulder". The drumming of Faenza detaches entirely the environment with a very difficult time and throw themselves in fatal fourth accelerations to spacious breath itself synth, electric guitar, low and vibrate. Then the climate is stretched taking again the sad initial subject make put out "a last light on a clown, alone to the center of if same".
