3 stars A huge step up from "Pros and Cons of Hitchiking". This album contains a good concept and his best solo work, a song that would fit in perfectly on a Pink FLoyd album, "The Tide is Turning". A song, that comming just before the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the Cold War, is quite fitting in the temporal context of this album

The album is about a radio station broadcasting during the imminent threat of a nuclear war, which, as it turns out, is caused by a man wanting to warn the world of the dangers of one in the first place.

A great concept album that shows a more optimistic side of Roger Waters (the closing track) and is a much easier listen then "Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking"
