4 stars My very first Gentle Giant album experience was a very pleasant one. Having listened to samples from this site I decided to buy this album along with "Octopus", mostly because they were the only two Gentle Giant albums on the shelf.

The album starts out with the pounding "Prologue", one of my favourite GG tracks. It starts out loud and ends up with a brilliant buildup at the end where every instrument comes in in layers. Another one of my favourite tracks is "Working All Day". Though this song may not sound like much at first, it grows on you and you realize that a truly great song it is. The rest of the songs are just as intelligent and enjoyable. Notably "Schooldays" and "Mr. Class and Quality?"

Overall, this album is an excellent addition to any prog fan's collection.
