5 stars A seminal album, for rock history, obviously, but also for me. I was exposed to it in my early teens and it never got out of my life. In a certain way In rock introduced me to prog, mainly because of the dramatic use of the hammond organ by Jon Lord and the unusual lenghty tracks (well, unusual for me at the time). It may sound a bit dated today, but I think that its importance can be hardly denied. A genre-defining album that can be easily recommended to everyone that's into prog. Five historic stars.
