4 stars Thanks to Keishiro-san - he introduced this band to me. What I expected from four Russian musicians, founded post-rock band in Finland? Whatever you want! But after I listened for samples, I was really pleasantly surprised. And at first possibility just tried to find their release to listen more seriously.

First of all, music on this EP can be placed under Post-Rock tag only formally. In fact, they play much wider collection of genres, but all components are perfectly melted in one ( quite hot ) mix. Even in such a short release, as this 6 songs long EP, open ear listener will find plenty of musical sounds and ideas. Starting from very characteristic Nordic dreamy atmospheric post-rock piece (influenced by Sigur Ros, etc), but with some warmer Slavic soul injected sounds in it, this album will show guitar/strings melodic attacks, electronic noices, ambient soundscapes, very melancholic violin sound. And all these - in very fresh and melodic, but never cheese frames.

After very first listening I realize, that I like this vintage keyboards, complex compositions, warm but dynamic strings, freshness of all sound. Very professional musicianship. And only pity thing is I missed their concerts in Tallinn and Helsinki just to see them live. Hope still will have such chance though.

Very recommended as great example of revitalized post-rock.
