Flamencs biography
FLAMENCS were founded by Gonzalo CENTO (guitar), Nicolás MARCAIDA (guitar, voices), Lionel LLANO (voices), Leonel FLORES (bass) and Marco SPINELLI (drums, percussion) as an Argentine experimental rock project in 2013 "following the spirit of the current progressive rock combos like Porcupine Tree, Riverside, Steven Wilson, and so on". They say each member has got inspired by different artistic backgrounds from another. In 2015 Lionel left the band and Nicolás replaced Lionel as the lead vocalist. "Doll Ashes" had been recorded from the middle of 2016 until the summer of 2018 in collaboration with Lionel DIAZ (keyboards), and finally released in July 2018.
