The BlueMoon Projects biography
The BlueMoon Projects is a Progressive/Art Rock band from Greece. It started out as a solo project from MoonLoop and after a number of records made mainly in a bedroom studio, the project became a proper band in 2020 after Léon (Bass, Guitars) and Nikolas Nenedakis (Drums, Percussion) joined. That led to the first properly recorded LP titled Encounters .

Encounters is the debut album of The BlueMoon Projects. It's a Progressive/Space/Art Rock album that is always shifting, changing pace and styles. All songs have their own distinct musical identity, differing in mood and feel but in a way that complement each other. All sounds used are meticulously chosen to act not just as sound effects but as a way of storytelling. The story is told through the lens of science fiction. Realizing how bleak humanity has become, the main character makes contact and is given the choice to escape.
