Luminous Flesh Giants biography
The origins of Luminous Flesh Giants date back to the year 1998. The formation came into existence after breakup of two other bands in which its future members used to play before: The Thrill (Marek Jerchewicz - bass, Sebastian Górski - percussion) and Indulgence (Arek Kaczmarek - guitars). After they finished a couple of tracks they decided to name themselves somehow and that's how Luminous Flesh Giants were born. In those times in the lineup there was also a vocalist with whom in 2000 they recorded a demo material called "Ostatni dzieñ". The vocalist was S³awek Folmiler. His performance however proved to be completely unsatisfying and so they returned to the trio format.
In the following years many vocalists and keyboardists passed through the lineup but nobody stayed for long.
Meanwhile new material arose. The tracks which later appeared on the album "Duma i upadek" were composed in the years 2000 - 2004 and recorded successively from 2004 to 2006. The album was presented to the public in January 2007. The only track from "Ostatni dzieñ" that appeared on "Duma i upadek" is "G³êboki sen" (in a slightly changed arrangement).
At the moment Luminous Flesh Giants are working on new material called "V".
