Killbot Zero biography
KILLBOT ZERO was originally formed in 2003 under the moniker PROGZILLA consisting of Chris Cavera (guitar), Bruce Vermett (drums), Dan Huber (bass) and Tony Eyer (keyboards) who self released an album "Game Over" in 2006.

They disbanded when Bruce decided to go to school in L.A. When he returned, Bruce and Chris reformed under KILLBOT ZERO filling the void of the departing members with the help of MIDI sequencing software and an MP3 Player.

In 2008, they have self released their debut "Microtopia" and are currently working on their third studio album "CPU Assassins."

WHY THIS BAND IS IN THE ARCHIVES:

KILLBOT ZERO is an instrumental progressive metal band that features odd time signatures, frequent key changes, unconventional chord progressions with shredding guitar, chugging riffs, and blast beats. They should be a welcome addition to fans of PLANET X, RON JARZOMBEK, LIQUID TENSION EXPERIMENT and JORDAN RUDESS. They were approved by the Prog Metal Team and are highly recommended.
