Crib45 biography
CRIB45 is progressive metal band from Helsinki, Finland consisting of Teemu Mäntynen (vocals, guitar), Janne Pappila (guitar), Antti Hokkala (guitar), Marrku Nissenen (bass), Jussi Yrtthiaho (drums), with a few part time members Maija Sipiläinen (keyboards, vocals) and Salla Mäenpää (cello).

In 2009, they have released their debut album "Metamorphosis" on Symbolic Records.
