Art.ficial aka [Art].ficial is a Brazilian post-rock project that is the brainchild of artist Caio Freitas who also has a more dark drone project CALDO VERDE.

Art.ficial is a horse of another color, a melancholic post-rock outfit that brings to mind even the works of more emo-influenced post-rock bands in terms of instrumentation such as YOUTH PICTURES OF FLORENCE HENDERSON but nonetheless has its own emotion sound and atmosphere.

Although relatively quiet as of late, Art.ficial released ?Braille? in 2008 which showcases the previously mentioned emotional post-rock that the band is known for.
