Sennen biography
Dutch band SENNEN was formed in 2000 by Martijn Rietbergen, Sjoerd Jansen, Arnold Oosterveld, Noel Hofman and Riff Tjon Eng Soe. They released their first EP "Heavenly Spring" in 2002, and a second EP "Periphery" followed in 2004. Then Rietbergen and Oostervel left the band, but with new man Frank on bass Sennen recorded and released their debut album "Automatic Writing" in 2007. Guitarist Riff left the band at this point, and while the band briefly reemerged again with new guitarist Jacco, Sennen appears to have entered a state of hiatus sometime around 2010.

Sennen explored a brand of post rock that earned them comparisons to the likes of Mogwai, GYBE and We vs Death.
