O QUARTO FANTASMA (which can translate as THE GHOST ROOM or THE FOURTH PHANTOM) is an instrumental/experimental rock trio from Lisbon, Portugal.

The band is known for their dense and intricate sound that relies heavily on dynamics. Based around two electric guitars and a drum set, they use live looping, synths, samples, spoken word, and an array of effects in their performances, both live and in the studio.

Formed in 2010, they released their first EP ARDER the following year. In 2013, after signing with independent label Raging Planet, the band released their first full length A SOMBRA. The album was recorded and mixed by Chris Common (Omar Rodriguez Lopez, These Arms are Snakes, Pelican, Minus the Bear) and mastered by Fernando Matias (Bizarra Locomotiva, Linda Martini, Murdering Tripping Blues, [F.e.v.e.r.], We Are The Damned).
