Unbroken Spirit biography
UNBROKEN SPIRIT came together towards the end of 1994, releasing the demo cassette 'Dressed For Dinner' in 1995. They soon found themselves very much involved in the underground progressive circuit, playing with the likes of MR SO & SO (with whom they musically had much in common), JUMP and CREDO. However, unlike many of their contemporaries they didn't use keyboards, but had a standard four man rock line-up of vocals (John VAUGHAN), guitar (Mike BARLOW), bass (Matthew COHEN) and drums (Allan MASON-JONES).

The four-track 'TABULA RASA' was released in 1996, but line-up changes meant that although the band had developed a significant live following they split up soon afterwards. Matt COHEN stayed involved in the progressive scene, firstly with MAGENTA and currently with THE REASONING.
