Just heard this band the other day and thought it sounded like Experimental/post metal. Pretty good stuff too. I believe they have three albums out. Other than that I couldnt find much information about them.

There are lots of samples of this band on YouTube - that's just one from each album above. Your sub genre suggestion sounds spot on to me - should stand a decent chance I would think.
