I want to suggest one-album project Hrana by Brezovsky-Rozsa. Hrana is very influential album in Slovak art-rock music, I don't know if this will be good for you guys, but maybe yes Smile.

Hi thereSmile

I would very much appreciate it, if you could read the updated band submissions procedure for future reference.

Guldbamsen

Yes, you're right. Brezovsky-Rozsa don't have any official site. Marek Brezovsky was a great pianist and keyboard player, but he died in 1994 because he had bad experiences with drugs. Oskar Rozsa was a close friend of Brezovsky and he finished the album. Hrana was released in 1999 and reissued in 2011 with two bonus tracks. I don't know to compare their music to other prog artists ...

Thanks. I will give this a listen when I get back on my computer. I am on my worthless phone at the moment.

All we ask for suggestions is enough material to base an eval on, possible links, bio and peoples' own thoughts on why the act should be included

Edit:I forgot about acts having to be signed as well, or at the very least have some kind of wwb presence outside of the one created by the band itself which effectively weeds out tons upon tons of bandcamp artists.

Classical piano driven art rock akin to symp in some places. There is however a more straight forward line of thinking in the songwriting, which makes me think that xover indeed should have a look at this.
