I'm more familiar with SGM, but from what I've heard of idiot Flesh SGM are the clear winners for me.

Sleepytime Gorilla Museum is the only band here i´ve heard and its something incredible, if Idiot Flesh is as good as these guys, then i have to hear it!

Idiot Flesh was the band that most of the members of SGM were in before they disbanded and SGM was born.
 
SGM for me,better production and material.
