       Here's an interesting band...

Field Music an English band from Sunderland 

Really hard to classify, bits of Beach Boys bits of chamber pop, bits of Beatles, definitely a lot of XTC in there, some definite prog leanings (if you broaden your mind. The songs are all short, quite poppy but the intrumentation and arrangements should appeal to an awful lot of people here.
