How did Lateralus get on there? I'll take Foxtrot.

Close to the Edge.
Lateralus is a masterpiece but it is not an "epic".

Gotta vote for Brain Salad Surgery... VERY underrated by proggers. "Jerusalem" is perhaps the pompiest, most grandoise opening I've heard yet for an album, "Toccata" is instrumental insanity, "Still... You Turn Me On" is an infinitely cool laid back number, and call me absolutely crazy, but I'm starting to find "Benny the Bouncer" quite funny. All of that pales, though, to the title track, which is absolutely mindblowingly brilliant. Some days, I would even swear that it's maybe the best song ever written...

Moving Pictures.......... ha ha hah. That just jumps out to
me as an epic album. Maybe an 'epic' AOR album.

Dark Side Of The Moon, second most important concept album ever. A work of true genius.
My favourite is Casino though, by Geoff Mann and Clive Nolan and others.
You do mean concept by epic, don't you

The best EPIC album is IMO
Devin Townsend - Terria.
Closely followed by albums of Isis, Tool and Amplifier.

None of these epics are as "epic" as Scenes From A Memory, so theres my vote.
