Has anyone heard of these guys? I heard they're going to tour with Saliva, which is moronic, because if any of Saliva's fans are smart, they'll be converted into Melodramus fans.
This is currently my favorite metal band and I wanted to share them over here. They have music videos on youtube and their heavy side is shown off on Reverbnation and Facebook. Seriously, you'll be blown away |

really, prog lovers should be listening go listen to HALO, the instrumental with crazy change ups ever couple bars, that's off their first album though. The new one is better, especially with the epic VHM

I'm really disappointed that not one of you prog lovers took the time to give Melodramus a chance, for shame people. i'm not just spamming you with crappy music.
Listen to the bridge of VHM and tell me you are not a fan. Not the best video and it's of the old line up several years ago, The keyboardist is gone and there is a much jazzier bassist influenced by indian time signatures. The video doesn't show how awesome the band is today, and yet it is awesome enough to not be ignored. You could also hear the studio versions (produced by Matt Winegar, who did Primus and Coheed and Cambria) of HALO and some other great proggy numbers at http://reverbnation.com/melodramus

More speedy for their evaluation with some links and your opinion (which subgenre they can be fit for) than without anything.
http://reverbnation.com/melodramus Anyway, can they be fitter for Prog-Metal subgenre, correct? EDIT: I've taken them to Prog-Metal Specialist Team ... they need much more time to evaluate (because they have a bunch of candidates and flood of addition) maybe.
