I enjoyed this and could hear reference points from the Cure circa Disintegration (particularly the slow moody piano fuelled intro - loved the cello texture BTW) to Porcupine Tree (the heavier guitar development) and dare I hazard a smidgen of erm...U2 (when the latter were still good) plus Mr Fripp circa the ending.
These are just associations in my own head, the music is very original. The vid was beautiful, almost like tracing mankind f*cking up the planet in 9 minutes.

Excellent work

Thankyou DamoXT, much appreciated, it was very kind.
We are releasing a free song every three weeks, until our album comes out at the end of the year, creating a free album in the process.

Today is the first free song- Voice of Reason.

Hey thanks. Yep, we are based in Canberra, we all go to university here.
That song, "The Absolute" was released as a single online, through heaps of places like iTunes, Amazon, etc, so i don't know if that qualifies for a review, but thought i would just let you know.
Thanks again guys, our debut album is going to be coming out around September. Drums just starting to get recorded for it now.
Cheers

Listening to the youtube track now.
You guys are based in canberra according to your Facebook? If so, awesome. Just yesterday I was thinking about how I wish we had more post-rock here.
Edit: This (The Absolute) is absolutely fantastic so far

Hey everybody, how are you all?

We are a new instrumental/post rock/progressive band, called "Eversham" and thought we would just post one of our songs.

Its called "The Absolute" and goes for about 9 mins, with video footage.

A little more about ourselves, we consist of two brothers and a cousin, and have been working hard on creating some cool music. From Monday March the 14th, we are releasing a song every three weeks for free download, until September.

Ok, awesome, cheers.
