You sound like you've already seen the video? I'm not aware you got a copy of it.

An effort that approaches the heady weight of The Lamb' should be budgeted at least as much as, say, Quadrophenia. It shouldn't be some backyard venture expected to garner interest simply because someone has attempted it at all but on a lowly scale. Spread the good news when you have a two-hour plus film event with major studio interest. That's the goal here and not some lowbrow vanity piece done for peanuts. It's a great photo, actually. Look at those stairs, the lamb and a guy with a spray. Perfect!

And when is your movie coming out? There's always gonna be critics and negativity with any project someone does in life. Like I said before, this gives me enjoyment making the film and if others also get enjoyment out of it that's great too, it's actually coming out real good and I hope people at least appreciate the effort of me trying to put an ambitious project such as this together.

If that's a photo from the upcoming film, let's expect another Tommy. I mean, pretty weak! Is that the little brother of the actor from the Karate Kid franchise? Check, please! |

Well, it is a fan film and by no means a big budget feature film, but it's always been something that I and other Los would like to see made. I have enjoyed shooting and putting it together and hope others enjoy it as well. It will mostly be a video of the first song (title track) and is not of the whole album. At the least I know Steve Hackett will be seeing it, I'm meeting him on Friday.

Livin' Thing the song by ELO (from A New World Record, 1976) appeared on the soundtrack to the 1997 film, Boogie Nights (Boogie Nights the film also featured Fat Man the song by Jethro Tull but sadly it was not included in two Boogie Nights soundtrack albums), the 2005 film Tjenare kungen, the 2007 film, Chaos Theory, and the 2011 film Hunky Dory.
Early prog song God Only Knows from Beach Boys' masterpiece album Pet Sounds is also featured in Boogie Nights the film from 1997. Edited by Svetonio - November 14 2014 at 08:32 |

The TV show "Cold Case" from 2003 - 2010 featured a lot of music not written for the show, just one of the good things about it. Later seasons often had whole episodes in which one band was highlighted. The second episode opened up with "Owner of a Lonely Heart".

I prefer Goblin's music for Dawn of the Dead aka Zombi. I love nearly everything of theirs, though. Fabio Frizzi's music for The Beyond is exemplary, as well, and sounds a good deal like Goblin (and at least two of them played on some of the material recorded for The Beyond).

Goblin - Suspiria. Probably the best horror movie soundtrack
Oh and obviously Pink Floyd's The Wall. Edited by Tobias273 - November 09 2014 at 09:28 |

I did not know that, and I've seen the movie. Beautifully filmed, and Gibson looked impossibly young. Note to self: Take another gander. |

I don't know if it has already been mentioned: I'm following a French TV serial "Les Revenants" whose soundtrack is excellent. It's from Mogwai, a band that I have never explored before, but I think I will.

Tangerine Dream's Firestarter is another of their scores that I hoped would receive the remaster treatment, but apparently the (excellent) remaster of Wavelength sold too few copies to justify the expense.
