I have just over half of these.  Here is my order of preference:
 
1. Tull - Thick as a Brick
2. Yes - Close to the Edge
3. Rush - Moving Pictures
4. Tangerine Dream - Rubycon
5. Marillion - Misplaced Childhood
6. King Crimson - In the Court of
7. Mahavishnu Orchestra - Birds of Fire
8. Supertramp - Crime
9. Dream Theater Images & Words
10.  Tool - Lateralus

"Thick as a Brick" just barely over "In the Court of the Crimson King" with "Per Un Amico" a close 3rd.

My goodness that's a good list of albums. I own 12 and have a tough choice sperating the ones I have.
 
Tangerine Dream just ahead of a bunch of others.

This may have been done before but even if it was the choices would be different. These are the current highest rated albums in each sub-genre of PA. Due to popularity, two of the choices might not get any votes while 3 or 4 of them will be fighting for the top spot. However, the results might be surprising.
