Most Samla Mammas Manna music is derived from circus music.
One of my favorites is "Carnival" from the very first Mr Bungle album

Wild Colonial Boy from Devin Townsend is kinda circussy, everything Primus ever wrote (if Primus is prog).
Intermission by Tool. Trying to think...

The Nektar album Down To Earth is based on a Circus theme. Not that bad of an album really.
The opening song from Samla Mammas Manna's debut, Circus Apparatha is very quirky and carnival-like.

The middle section from "21st Century Schizoid Man" comes to mind immediately, as does the battle section to "The Gates of Delirium".

BRIAN ENO - "Back in Judy's Jungle"
From "Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy)" (1974)

A nicely goofy oom pa pa kinda song.

First 2 that come to mind are:

King Crimson - Cirkus (obviously)
Procol Harum - Twas Teatime At The Circus

I'll let you know if I think of any more Smile

EDIT: Renaissance - Trip To The Fair (not quite circus)
