Are the crispy items above typical prog fare?

Hmm, where do I fit with raw cashews, blueberries, sardines and cucumber?

is that they call potato chips over there

Wedges are wedges, chips are chips.
What they are in Pakistan is something I suspect only Tayyab can answer.

Over here, wedges are wedges, fries are chips, chips are crisps.
What?

Home cooked tapas : feta cheese baked in olive oil with garlic; mushrooms in butter, olive oil and garlic; chorizo sausage fried in olive oil with garlic (I detect a theme here) doused in sherry vinegar; and (le pièce de résistance) - iberico ham fried until crispy, then two free range eggs cracked into the pan and gently fried then topped off with thyme leaves and grated manchego cheese... all washed down with Croft Particular Pale Amontillado Sherry over crushed ice (frappé) ... anyone would think it was hot here (it's about 14ºC and raining).
What?
