Banco wins. Le orme second. Pfm third
All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.

that is why 1972 Italy had the single best prog year from any country. Including 2 of my top 10 favorite albums of alltime in there

red head or blond...

going with the Red Head here...

This is torture, all of these were among the first 10 albums I ever started listening to the genre of RPI so late in the game back in 2012 and caused me to want more.  I love them all!

I am not sure exactly why, but right now I give it to Le Orme, but it will change tomorrow...

Banco for me, though I was tempted to vote for YS just because of the first 2 tracks.

YS for me as well, not a tough choice even though I'm a huge fan of them all.

I voted for Banco del Mutuo Soccorso as it deserved a vote and probably is the album of these I've listened to the most over the years. Of the big three, PFM, Le Orme and BdMS, BdMS is my favourite, and the self-titled is my traditional favourite of the band. It was one of my first RPI albums, and I never got tired of it (not that I often play it these days). I was very tempted to go for Palepoli though, and Ys was calling.
