God Bless Ozzy Osbourne - On the road and off his trolley in a revealing documentary, it's the Prince of Darkness himself, although his wife Sharon is even scarier. Tongue

I’ve loved Sabbath since the late-80’s. Ozzy solo, well, I only have Bark at the Moon. Very good album for sure.

I remember my very first visit to the opticians at the age of six when the optometrist thought I was winding her up because I couldn't even see the first letter on the display due to a nasty bout of measles which permanently damaged my eyesight.

Thanks anyway, but Anthrax really aren't my cup of tea. Smile I'll stick with Ozzy Osbourne & Black Sabbath. By the way, I like the Ronnie James Dio and Tony Martin era of Black Sabbath (that Cristi mentioned) just as much as the classic Ozzy era. Thankfully, the Ian Gillan "Born Again" era of Black Sabbath was short-lived. Smile

I take it you’re not a fan then ?? I wasn’t sold on them for years.

Yes, I'm a huge fan of Black Sabbath, but definitely not a fan of Slayer, or any other Thrash Metal bands. Smile
Dude, Anthrax are the masters. They make Thrash fun - try Spreading the Disease or Among the Living - nothing dodgy there. Slayer, not everyone’s cuppa, but I understand. Super musicians though.

To be honest, I've never heard of Jeff Hanneman before. Question
One of the GREAT guitarists from Slayer. Yeah, effing SLAYYYYERRRRRRR !! Hardcore drinker, died from a festering spider bite. Maybe he could’ve survived if not reliant on alcohol ???   Gary did his best (indeed awesome, though not Jeff).
