Can't vote twice so can't vote - I love both Can and Amon Duul about equally.

Why no Guru Guru - surely the best of the lot (well, to me anyway!)

It's not that I can't find worth in anything, it's just that I can't find worth in enough.

It was tough between Can and Ashra but in the end the "May" boys win out! Wink
I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth.

that's a rough one.... like the Italian sh*t....  it doesn't all sound the same or even much alike haha.... depends on what you likey..

some days for me... Can
other days ADII.

seeing how Can was.....ahhh... highly original and christ and the king... influential to a T.  Going with them....and putting on something to close out a fun evening here at.....The Days of our ProgArchives..

Either Amon Duul 2 or Can. However, Agitation Free's Malesch impressed the heck outta me.

Amon Duul II.

One of the most incredible bands I have ever heard. "Yeti" is an intense masterpiece of an album.

I vote for Jane.  Whoops, that isn't an option, so I guess I have to abstain.

these are just the tip of the iceberg, or rather, not even that. Guru Guru, Kraan or Embryo definitely have to be mentioned too when it comes to Kraut, simply because they still exist and were first hour veterans, Kraan a little later than Embryo and Guru Guru; their first album is from 1972
