Every firstborn girl on my wife's side of the family as far back as we can trace was born in November...if this one is on time, she will be born November 27th.

The odds are actually slightly in favour of boys according to statistics, but not significantly.

If she turns out to be anything like our daughters you'll be in for some surprises. Ideas like repotting flowers as they saw their mothers do, but without a newspaper below and on the living room carpet, or riding their bicycles while holding hands, with predictable result (crash, bruises, weeping girls) or flooding the bathroom because of playing around with spraying faucets were some of the maternal fun we had with them.
