Sadly I think even Bob himself would agree with you there......
I love your picture of [what I assume] is your album collection! But if it's not alphabetised I may just freak out on you

I voted for the second choice however my favorite line-up would be: - Robert Fripp / guitar, mellotron, electric keyboards & devices - Mel Collins / flute & saxes - Gordon Haskell / bass guitar - Boz Burrel / Vocals - Andy McCulloch / drums - Robin Miller / oboe & cor anglais - Mark Charig / cornet - Nick Evans / trombone - Keith Tippet / piano & electric piano

I guess I would prefer the imaginary line-up, but (but just as they played/sang back in the 70's). As a matter of fact, that would be my dream line-up, just add Ian McDonald on Mellotron, flute, sax, and backing vocals; David cross on Violin; and Keith Tippet on Piano... and even more, add Jamie Muir on percussions and Belew on additional guitars and vocals. And I guess Lake could do some additional bass too. And then let them play songs from all the 70's using all this musicians...

Why only the living members?

I'd like to see a lineup with both Ian McDonald and David Cross.

This, but then we'd have a great place for Ian McDonald to fill up! Flute, saxes, Mellotron and maybe additional guitars. However, that would have been better in 1975 than now. Now the current(-ish) line-up works better than I think that one would.

A replacement guitarist would spice things up a bit!

I would just add Peter Sinfield on lyrics to this line-up.

The 1st option.I don't like so much the fact John Wetton plays bass and Greg Lake sings. This situation would be uncomfortable for the two members.

My perfect lineup is:
Wetton-vox/bass Fripp and Belew-guitars David Cross-violin Michael Giles-drums
