I don't believe them when they say the pumps have long-reach hoses either.

What?

I forgot which car I was driving and pulled up to the pump on the wrong side. I had to drive around the pump to pull in on the right side. This cost me 30 seconds that I could have really used at a stop light.

Here's one that makes me chuckle inside my head: some people here in the Reno/Sparks area have this habit of walking across the ped-walk real close to the passing vehicle, be that a car or a bus or whatever. The vehicle is passing, and they just go ahead and walk up to it. Do these people really think they have this "ghost" ability to walk through s$&t?

A couple of years ago I was driving up to the loading zone on my college's campus, and on my way there this dude was trying to walk into my car. "Son of a bi$&h, what are you trying to walk into my car for? Are you trying to sit inside it? Do you need a ride?"

Alternate universe, I swear on my balls.

I can't get the numbers on my report to match the numbers in my data.  One was provided by people in California, the other was provided by a guy who works in my building.  Perhaps a phone call between the two of them might have reduced my 1st World Plight.

^ Of course I knew about that. It was just a tongue-in-cheek one. I just thought that it didn't even have to be brought up in this thread.

ikr! Sports are so over priced and over commercialized. I understand it's expensive with travel and lights and etc, but what sports player deserves 8-9 figures?

I was in a hotel a few months ago that had a $5 bottle of water in the room.  Luckily there was a fridge in the room, so I stuck with my $0.10 bottles from the supermarket.

Yea, but damn! Energy drinks don't even cost that much, and it's not like the Naked drinks are big or anything. Nor are they that great tasting to drop 5 bucks on. That's what I call a rip-off.
